Venue Hire
The magnificent room at 3 St Peter’s is available to hire for any corporate or celebratory event. Presentation equipment, music & food packages are all available.
Costs
Our hire costs are:
£550 for Friday/ Saturday nights.
£150 for weekdays.
£220 for Saturday/ Sunday daytime
£330 for bank holiday Sundays
Minimum drinks spend on Friday/ Saturday nights is £1.5k.
Weekdays and daytime - minimum drinks spend varies from £350 in the daytime to £650 in the evenings.
You are able to organise your own caterers but we charge £175 to use our kitchen.

Includes tables, chairs and sound system
Kitchen facilities are also available
Meeting/Conferences
We can cater for meetings, training events & conferences for up to 70 people.
High quality presentation & sound equipment is available as well as wifi.
Teas and coffees can be provided
A warm/ cold buffet can be provided
We can also open up the bar during lunch if pre-arranged, depending upon the number of delegates.
