Peter of Gourmand Pierre-Private Dining is a Finalist of Northamptonshire Chef of the Year 23-24 competition. Gourmand Pierre has a wealth of experience in preparing, organising and delivering great food adhering to the highest standards of; Food quality and taste; Overall visual and design quality.

We are pleased to be launching our supper club with a 4 course meal prepared by him.


Menu

Amuse bouche and homemade bread:

Crispy polenta/aged Parmesan/pickled walnut/carrot ketchup

Starter

•Venison & pheasant terrine/pickled raisins/caramelised cauliflower/carrot curry sauce/roasted grapes

(Veg alternative: Roasted Cauliflower)

Main course

•Scottish salmon/sweet potato/plum poached in tea/pea & wasabi puree/yuzu dressing

(Vegetarian alternative: glazed Gochujang chilli Butternut squash steak)
