£55 per person/ £25 under 11’s

Flight of 3 carefully chosen wines to accompany each course @ £19/ person or our fine wine flight @ £29/ person


Gourmand Pierre Private Chef was a Finalist of Northamptonshire Chef of the Year 23-24 competition. Gourmand Pierre has a wealth of experience in preparing, organising and delivering great food adhering to the highest standards of; Food quality and taste; Overall visual and design quality.

Starter

•Whipped Welsh Ginger & Honey mild goats cheese/blood orange/watercress/black olive caramel

Main course

•Roast British Sirloin/Gruyere Dauphinois potato/carrot & Miso purée/glazed Chantanay carrots/asparagus/beef sauce

(Veg option: Cheese souffle instead of beef )

Dessert

•Pistachio & cardamom torte/mango compote/caramelised white chocolate

Kids menu (Under 11’s)

- chicken pops, with potato gratin, seasonal veg and carrot puree.

(Veg option: Cheddar cheese souffle with carrot purée and green vegetables)

Mizz-C.

Mizz-C is a versatile vocalist with great range and agility, she sings songs from various genres, such as soul, rhythm and blues, pop, gospel and more.

Background

Mizzy grew up singing soprano in a church choir that traveled the word. She is currently still a soprano singer in a choir who have performed at Britain got talent, called Upmass.
