In this 2.5 hour masterclass, our head mixologist, Vincenzo will impart his knowledge and expertise gained through years of experience across Europe and London.
The class consists of :-
4 cocktails (Margarita, Vesper Martini, Amaretto sour, Cosmopolitan) demonstrated with talks about the various spirits and techniques used
Practice making 2 cocktails each in pairs and drink them between you
a cheese platter
for non members, there is temporary membership for the evening to enjoy the private members bar after the class.
